“Innovation”, like “freedom”, seems to mean something different to everyone. Google “Innovation Model” and you’ll only have about 300,000 results to read through. So, how do you know which model or approach to innovation is right for your team or organization?
In this session, we’ll examine the different approaches to innovation, and where each is most effective. From process improvement to enterprise cultural change, each approach has its time and place. Case studies will illustrate where companies achieved success, and when the wrong model can actually do more harm than good.
At SunTrust Bank, Hans Eckman was part of two different enterprise innovations teams and helped the organization form three different Centers of Excellence. He has helped companies develop new products, transform operations, and leverage thought leaders. He currently participates in two innovation forums in Atlanta, and will share lessons from the many companies and their approaches to innovation.
