What would happen if you took the same approach for your practice? In 2007, SunTrust Enterprise Delivery Services transformed business analysis to follow the IIBA BABOK and industry parity. The transformation team also established a foundation of tools and processes to start engaging BAs so that they could perform their needed functions. At the end of the transformation, the division was at risk for losing the quality improvement momentum and lacked a clear direction for where the BA practice should be in the future.<\/p>\n<p>BA 20\/20 set a clear vision (20\/20) of where SunTrust Bank\u2019s BA maturity will be in the year 2020. Leveraging the work of change agents, BA 20\/20 helped establish a BA Center of Excellence as the catalyst for continuous improvement.
