This not only helps build trust, it also gives you the knowledge to identify problems and make solution recommendations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>David Mantica<\/strong> \u00a0| \u00a0President, <a href=\"http:\/\/aspetraining.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ASPE-Training<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"et_pb_text et_pb_module et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_text_5\">\n<p>David shared two pieces of advice that he received at different points in his career.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>You\u2019re going things at work that you want to do and things that you don\u2019t want to do. Focus on the things you don\u2019t want to do and complete those first. They are usually the most important.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re a leader. People watch you.
